Dr Kelly Goins
LEAD PASTOR
Kelly Goins has a rich tradition of Pastoral Ministry. After being called into the ministry at age 11, Kelly began traveling throughout Oklahoma speaking and singing at churches at age 15. From that early start, Kelly has ministered in hundreds of Youth Camps, Conventions, Churches, & Revivals. Kelly began full time ministry in 1986, later becoming the Youth Pastor at Broken Arrow Assembly (currently The Assembly) from 1988-1998. He & his wife, Lisa, planted Heartland Church (currently LifeSpring Church) in Norman, OK from 1998-2003. In 2003 Kelly moved his family to Tulsa and became the Lead Pastor at Faith Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Kelly is a strong communicator and leader. He holds a B.A. in Music Education from Evangel University and a M.A. in Theology from Oral Roberts University, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Pneumatology from The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary at Evangel University. Kelly and his wife of 29 years, Lisa, live in Broken Arrow. They are the proud parents of four children, all married, and 1 beautiful granddaughter.

Lisa Goins
TEACHING PASTOR
Words people use to describe Lisa are Passionate, Genuine, Prophetic, Real, Survivor, and Beautiful… Lisa is the glue that holds our church together.
Lisa grew up in a broken home but came to know Christ at a young age through the Missionettes program at her church. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Human Development in 1986. After moving to Tulsa, she met Kelly and they were married in 1992. Being deathly afraid of speaking or praying in public, God has developed Lisa into one of the most gifted speakers & writers in Oklahoma. She is a great encouragement & source of strength to the women of Faith Church.

Eli & Jenna Shaffer
YOUTH PASTORS
We are so proud to have Eli Shaffer as our Youth Pastor. Eli is from Faith Church, he has attended and served for 18 years. Eli is loved by student and parents alike and has always had a servants heart. Eli has recent went through many changes. In 2021 he married Jenna, graduated from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Pastoral Studies and secured a full time Youth Pastor position at Faith Church. Congrats Eli, we are proud of you.

KIDS MINISTRIES
Jacquie has been attending Faith Church for several years now. She was a volunteer and is now running the show. She has great ideas and a strong work ethic, and she loves kids. Jacquie has a BA in Psychology from Northeastern State University and has spend over a decade teaching and working with kids.

Kari Shorey
CONNECTION PASTOR
Kari has 31 years of Pastoral experience serving in churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, and Missouri. Her sweet and loving heart is evident in everything she does. Kari has BA from Evangel University and has taught High School Music. She has a natural musical talent that is evident in her children’s success in music. Kari’s emphasis is on keeping our attenders connected to each other and to God. She oversees Community Groups, Assimilation, and Spiritual Formation at Faith Church.
Kari has two adult children, son Evan is Outreach Director for Teen Challenge in Brooklyn, NY and daughter Kasi is a Music student at Evangel University. Kari is a sister to our Lead Pastor, Kelly, and has recently relocated to Broken Arrow, OK and is the newest member of our Pastoral Staff.
